
This recipe is my special request at each holiday we spend at my parents’ house. It was my favorite holiday side dish growing up, and now I can make it anytime I crave it! Yum!

Prep Time: 15-20 minutes Cook Time: 30-45 minutesIngredients
2 lbs. squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, grated
1 carrot, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1 stick margarine
Directions
Cook squash and drain. Butter casserole dish. Mix ingredients and pack in dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 325 – 350 for 30 to 45 minutes (until bubbly).
