If you’re in the mood for a spicy cookie, this is it.
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. molasses
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Beat butter, sugar, and molasses. Add dry ingredients. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll each part to 1/8″ thickness and freeze 10 min. Cut out shapes. Bake 6 min. and cool 5 min. on baking sheet.
