My Chili

Very inexpensive meal! This recipe can be doubled and tripled for a crowd.

Servings: 6        

Ingredients

1 or 2 lb elk burger , hamburger, or turkey burger
1 quart jar of chili beans or canned chili beans
2 quart jar of diced tomatoes or canned tomatoes
about 2 tablespoons beef baste


Add all to your taste:

cumin
oregano
chili powder
salt and pepper
3 cloves of garlic

Directions

Brown hamburger. Add tomatoes, herbs and spices, and beef baste. Cook together for about half an hour on low. Add beans and cook again for another half hour. Eat!
