Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

In a large bowl, mix eggs, oil, cinnamon, and salt, together with a sturdy wood spoon. Add sugars, mix again. Add flours and mix again. Add oats, mix. The batter is getting quite thick at this point. You may want to mix the remaining ingredients with your hands (as you would meatloaf) or continue on with the wood spoon. Finish mixing in the remaining ingredients and spoon the batter into a well greased 9 x 13 pan. FIRMLY press the mixture into the pan to level it and to remove air pockets. This will help it not crumble later. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Cool the bars completely before cutting them into 24 2 x 2 inch squares.
