Oreo Cookies

These freeze well and are soft if kept airtight. Addicting!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 12

Prep Time: 15 min   Cook Time: 10-12 min

4 eggs
2 packages devils food cake mix
1 cup margarine-soft
2 teaspoons flour (opt. as needed) (2 to 4)
8 oz cream cheese
2 c powdered sugar

Cream eggs and margarine then add the rest. Make teaspoon-size balls. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees until slightly soft still but set on the edges. While warm, ice one and put another on. Use good amount of icing. (From experience, use flour if Betty Crocker Cake mix, if Pillsbury, don’t.) Icing: mix 8 oz of cream cheese and 2 cups icing sugar.
