I make this parfait every summer.
Servings: 1-2Prep Time: 5 minutes
0.85 cups (2 deciliters) cream
about 0.42 cups (1 deciliter) sugar (the amount depends on the sweetnes or sourness of other ingredients)
(1 tsp vanilla sugar)
You can flavor the parfait with:
2-3 tsp cacao powder (dark, nsweetend)
few table spoonfuls of jam
Or, grind these in a blender:
few slices of mango
If you grind more berries or fruits than you need for the parfait, you can use the rest as a sauce to put on top of the parfait.
Add part of the sugar to cream and the rest to eggs. Whip cream and eggs in separate bowls. Combine whipped cream, eggs and other ingredients and mix them carefully together. Put in the freezer.
