Like peanut brittle in a pie.

1 cup dark corn syrup
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups salted cocktail peanuts
pastry for single-crust pie
In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Add peanuts. Line an 8-inch pie pan with pastry. Pour in the peanut filling. Bake at 350-degrees, on the bottom oven shelf, for about 40 minutes.
