While surfing today I found this recipe at the plain chicken blog. I had everything and oh my, these are so good. Like a thin pecan pie (my fav.)
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: depends how big ya cut em
Ingredients
1 can cresent rolls
3/4 cup chopped pecans (I used more)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Unroll cresent dough and press into a sprayed 9×13 pan, going 1/2 inch up sides. Make sure all seams are sealed. Bake 6 min.
In the meantime, mix all remaining ingredients (except pecans) until well combined. Fold in pecans.
Remove crust from oven, pour filling over crust, bake 18 to 22 min. Cool completely
