
This is a warm chocolate pudding made in the microwave in a coffee mug.

Prep Time: 1 minute Cook Time: 3 minutesIngredients
1/2 c. milk
1/2 square (10 oz.) semi sweet baking chocolate
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Sugar
Directions
In a large mug, microwave milk and chocolate for about 1-1 1/2 minutes. Stir to melt. Combine cornstarch and sugar in a bowl. Add the cornstarch and sugar mixture to the milk and chocolate mixture. Microwave for 30-45 seconds until mixture thickens and begins to boil. Enjoy!!
