Refreshing, fast and easy to prepare. Any flavor sherbet and fruit can be used.

1 pt. (2cups) raspberry sherbet, softened
1 cup low-fat milk
1 pkg. (1 oz.) sugar-free instant pudding mix
1 tub (8 oz) fat-free frozen whipped topping
1 cup fresh raspberries
LINE 9×5 loaf pan with foil. Spoon sherbet into prepared pan; freeze 10 minutes.
BEAT milk and pudding mix in large bowl with whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over sherbet.
FREEZE 3 hours or until firm. To unmold, invert pan onto oblong plate or platter; remove foil. Let stand 10-15 minutes to soften slightly before slicing to serve. Serve topped with raspberries. Store leftovers in freezer.
