Absolutely the best ever dessert recipe for rhubarb. Serve warm or cold. Baking time will depend on how thinly you slice the rhubarb.

Servings: 6Prep Time: 10 Cook Time: 35 to 45 min
3 cups rhubarb, cut up
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp soda
1 cup flour
5 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
Grease an 8×12″ pan. Put in rhubarb. Mix together eggs, sugar, and flour. Pour over rhubarb.
For the topping, crumble together flour, brown sugar, soda and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake 35 – 45 minutes in moderate oven (350 degrees.)
