Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 6 - 8
Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 25 -30 minutesIngredients
1 lb. mild, hot or sage pork sausage
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 10-oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes (any variety)

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown sausage and lean ground beef together. Drain well. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Combine cheese/Ro-Tel mixture with meat.
Spray a 9-x11-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread one can of rolls (don’t pull them apart; leave them in a “sheet”) in bottom of dish. Add meat and cheese mixture. Spread second can of rolls (left in a “sheet”) on top of mixture.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
Cut into squares and serve.
