Sausage & Rice Casserole

Super easy and quick casserole with lots of flavor. It’s a favorite at our house.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 8

Prep Time: 15 minutes   Cook Time: 45 minutes  


1 lb sausage
1 cup rice
1 pkg dry chicken noodle soup mix (Lipton)
2 cups water


Brown sausage and drain fat. Add dry chicken soup mix and combine. Put rice and sausage into a casserole dish. Add water. Cover and bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
