Shar's Spicy Burger

A spicy burger with trimmings of one’s choice.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 1

Prep Time: Little time required!   Cook Time: Cook til done to your preference - rare to well  


Ground beef
Kansas or Montreal Steak Seasoning
Buns of choice
Dijon Mustard (optional)
Ketchup (optional)
Dill pickle slices or relish (optional)
Slice of tomato (optional)
Chopped sweet onion (optional)


Form ground beef to size and thickness of burger you prefer. Place in HOT cast iron skillet or on a grill. Sprinkle (I like heavily) with seasoning and lightly pat seasoning to burger. Grill or fry burger til done as you prefer.
