This is a delicious dinner recipe and the Chinese five-spice adds an amazing flavor that will keep people guessing.
3 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 stalks, green onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
4 tsp. oyster sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. Chinese five-spice
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
red pepper flakes (optional)
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Add the chicken pieces. Allow sauce to drench chicken and marinate for 20 min. Stir-fry chicken in wok or large frying pan.
