Quick, easy and spicy!
Servings: 6Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: Low- 9 to 11 hours
2 lb. beef stew meat
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup frozen whole onions
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can whole kernel mexicorn, with red and green peppers, drained
In slow cooker, mix beef, tomatoes, frozen onions, and chili powder.
Cover and cook on low heat setting 9 to 11 hours.
Stir in taco seasoning mix, using a whisk. Stir in corn and beans.
Increase heat to high.
Cover and cook 15 to 30 minutes or until thickened.
