Creamy, mild cheese flavor!
Servings: Makes 2 1/2 Cups
4 ounces Bleu Cheese
3/4 cup salad oil
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 clove garlic, finely minced
3 drops liquid red hot sauce
Place bleu cheese into a small mixing bowl to soften at room temperature. With a mixer at low speed, gradually add 1/4 cup of the salad oil; beat until smooth. Add remaining salad oil and one at a time, all other ingredients. Beat well after each addition until thoroughly combined. Store in a tightly covered jar and chill.
