
I was looking for a way to make my own spaghetti sauce that I knew would have fresh vegetables in it and not the processed stuff, so I decided to experiment and voila I made spaghetti sauce. Not too bad for an experiment.

Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 5-10 minsIngredients
5 ripe tomatoes chopped,
1-2 green peppers chopped,
1 med onion chopped,
1 red bell pepper finely chopped,
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped,
1 tsp oregano,
1 tsp basil,
salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Chop all ingredients and add to food processor. Process 1-2 mins or until everything is liquified. Put in a small or medium sauce pan. Add oregano and basil and stir over low-medium heat till warm add salt and pepper to taste.
(You can add more or less ingredients depending on your tastes.)
