Most dishes with green peppercorns rely on heavy cream-based sauces. This recipe allows you to experience the unvarnished fresh and lively flavor of green peppercorns. Because these peppercorns are packed in brine, vinegar, or citric acid, you may want to lightly rinse the them before use. Take a culinary adventure, prepare a dish fit for a king using only three (3!) ingredients.

3/4 pound spaghetti
2 teaspoons green peppercorns
2 Tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
In a large pot, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Drain. Return spaghetti to the pot.
Coarsely chop the peppercorns.
Add olive oil, peppercorns, and salt to spaghetti.
Blend, toss well.
