Strawberry Ice Cream

This is the best strawberry ice cream I have ever had. If you can find nesbit strawberry soda, its what I would recommend. My parents made this regularly when I was a kid. This got my chores done!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 1 gallon

Prep Time: 1 hour   Cook Time: none

Ingredients

3 bottles of strawberry soda (16 oz as this recipe is from the 1970’s.)
1 large tub cool whip
1 can evaporated milk
sliced strawberries.

Directions

Add all ingredients to an ice cream freezer and mix according to the freezer instructions until frozen. You can add the strawberries while mixing for tiny bits or after for larger chunks, totally up to you.

This is the BEST strawberry ice cream I have ever had.
