Grease and flour two 4×8 inch loaf pans.

In a large bowl beat the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.

In a separate bowl combine the flour, oats, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, blending well.

Fold in the strawberries. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.

Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
