Sweet and Sassy Ribs

A little sweet, a little sour, a little sticky, but a whole lot of flavor! You can make these tasty ribs in less time than it takes to get the take-out!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 5 mins   Cook Time: 20-25 mins

2 Racks Baby Back Ribs (about 1 1/2 lbs each)
1/4 Cups Hoisin Sauce
1/4 Cup Chinese lum Sauce or Apricot Preserves
1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Minced Garlic (Optional)

Move oven rack 6 inches from broiler. Preheat broiler to high.

Line large shallow baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Cut racks into individual ribs and arrange ribs meaty side down, close together but not touching.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stir well. Spoon 1/3 sauce over ribs.

Broil 10 mins. Turn ribs over and spoon on an additional 1/3 sauce.

Broil ribs 6 mins, then spoon on remaining sauce. Broil an additional 4 mins or until done.
