This is a nice light dip that is good with all kinds of fresh fruit.
Servings: about 2 1/2 cups
4 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
1 cup sugar-free, fat-free Cool Whip
Beat cream cheese and cranberry sauce with electric mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping, cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
