I like to bring this dish to summer picnics and potlucks and everyone always asks me for the recipe. It is so easy to make and tastes just like eating a big ole juicy caramel apple. YUM!
Servings: 12Prep Time: 20 minutes
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
6 cup chopped unpeeled Granny Smith apples
