Tater Skins

Bake potatoes until tender. Let cool until easy to handle.

Cut in half, lengthwise, scoop out center, leaving enough to keep skins sturdy enough to pick up. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic to taste. Fill with desired toppings. Top with cheese. Bake 350 about 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and skins are hot. Dip in sour cream or ranch dressing and enjoy.
