Slice the tomatoes 1/4 to 1/3 inches thick and dehydrate until crisp. Allow to cool making sure they are completely dry. Place the tomatoes in a magic bullet type blender and powder the tomatoes.

Store in a glass jar, not plastic.

To make 6-8 oz tomato paste use 1/2 cup of tomato powder, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper flakes, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Paste will thicken as it adsorbs the water.
