Weight Watcher Recipes with Points Plus Value

Just joined Weight Watchers online and was wondering if anyone has any tried and true recipes, especially with the new points value. My SIL had great success on the old plan, so will contact her to see if she has revamped any of her old recipes to the new points system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
