This recipe came from my late husband’s mother down in FL. A good zucchini recipe when they are out of season.
Servings: 6Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 25 min
1 can of Zucchini in Tomato Sauce (Delmonte)
1-2 TBSP sugar
6-8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
Mix sugar into the can of Zucchini with Tomato Sauce. Pour into a small baking dish. Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Top with Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons.
Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 for 25 min.
