Sometime ago I bought 46 oz tomato juice. I have 2 cans left. Can I can them into more manageable jars (pint or 1/2 pint)? I wonder you would do it as if you had already processed your tomatoes into juice and go from there. Would the temps and pressure be the same as if you were doing it from the beginning?

Yes and yes. Yes, you can reprocess it, and yes, you use the same times etc as if it were the first time.
Probably don’t really need to pressure can it, but if you’re setting up for something else, it’s fine to do so. If BWB processing it, I personally would probably add some lemon juice, and either way, wouldn’t let it hang around too too long.
