My daugther wants to make these – I just need to do it and see how they turn out.  I will probably use a chocolate store bought cake mix and then store icing…..she wants to use chocolate and roll in nuts.   Wish us luck…

Canning and dehydrating will now become a part of my life.

You can also make oreo cake balls which are supposedly very very good.  Now I haven't made them but those are the reports I'm hearing…They are made this way..

Use your food processor and grind or process finely.. 1 package (1 pound…3 sleeves I've heard all three in recipes)

Add one 8 oz package of cream cheese that is at room temp and blend thoroughly (until no cream cheese shows)

roll into balls and dip in chocolate (white or dark) or bark….

I have had these and they ARE wonderful. In fact, these might be exactly what I need to fill out the little extras I need to take to my cousins!  I can't begin to compete with the spread they put out, but the little things are always appreciated!

If common sense were truly common, wouldn't there be more evidence of it?
