I saw some at the store and it spiked my curiosity so I bought it.  Has anyone cooked with it. Is the flavor that diffrent from vegetable oil?

I use it all the time Salamander, it is widely used here in the UK, I prefer it over the vegetable oil as it is a more delicate flavour especially if you use oil in cakes such as carrot cake. In fried food you probably would not notice any difference at all, I think it is not quite so dense as Vegetable oil. Dont be scared of it just try it and I am sure you will like it. Let us know how you get on xx
