I love the new, updated covers they’re doing in Intimate Moments now. This one is my favorite from September. It actually looks kind of like a Bombshell cover, with the heroine only. But what is with that moon? Here on Planet Earth, the moon is not that close, not that big. It looks kinda sci-fi-ish. But I like it.
I like this one a lot, too, though it also looks like it’s set on another planet. Like, Mars. But I have a soft spot for hero-only covers. This is what I was hoping the roofers would look like.
These are nice, but they are so alike that I’m surprised they’re putting them out together in the same month.

I love the ones with only the studly hero on the cover – I bought a book (“Loving Mercy” by Teresa Bodwell) just for the studly hero on the cover and I keep it on my desk for inspiration while writing. I also read “Hard Case Cowboy” and liked it.

I like the “Hard Case Cowboy” cover best. And it’s totally because of the hunky cowboy on the front too and the fact that he’s not front and center.
I’ve been going line dancing regularly for awhile now (which my friends think is hysterical since I’m an inner city girl, but I’ve got them all hooked on it now) and I’ve learned that cowboys come in way more shapes and sizes than “drop dead gorgeous”. Just like roofers. *sigh*

The colours on Nina’s cover are gorgeous, and I do like the hero/heroine only covers. I’d be tempted to pick up Perfect Assassin just from the title alone.

I like the “Perfect Assassin” cover. What in the heck is the “Hard Case Cowboy” doing? Is he taking a bath in a horse trough with his hat on? The colors are nice and he’s hot, but I don’t get it. The other two covers don’t do anything for me.

Yep, I concur on the “Hard Case Cowboy” cover. Love it! “Perfect Assassin” is also pretty cool. But I think I like the “Whispers & Lies” cover better than the other similiar SIM cover.
I also love what they’re doing with the Superromance covers lately.

The Perfect Assassin cover does look otherworldly, but cool too. The colors on the cowboy cover makes me think he needs SPF 30 quickly before he burns in places that normally aren’t so exposed! 😉
The Whispers & Lies cover is pretty. I dislike the colors used on the other one.

I like the Perfect Assassin and Hard Case Cowboy covers the best, with PA first and Cowboy a close second. :thumbsup: Actually have seen the moon sorta like that up here in Alberta once or twice which was kinda creepy weird.
Iffy on the other two covers, the woman looks similiar on both too. Odd. Whispers & Lies cover sorta fits the title but the Edge one…eh…I dunno.

the are doing better/more interesting, different covers for a lot of the H/S lines now. I like that. The moon one is interesting..though I’d almost think it was Science Fiction or something with that moon. The bottom two are just…well, typical covers, not something that I’d say WOW about.

I think the “Perfect Assasin” cover grabbed me the quickest.
I don’t know why this thought hit me, but I can’t help but wonder if, twenty years from now (or even ten), we’ll look back on these covers and thing, “What cheese!” Kind of the way we view some of the older covers now.
Not that I think any of these covers are cheese…

Raising my hand for “Perfect Assasin” but I also really like the Lies and Whispers. It just has a completely different feel to it than the other books,..almost reminds me of a Desire.
