Sunday, September 4, 2011, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Demonstrations and activities included: Spinning, corn hole toss, grinding grain, roasting coffee beans in an iron skillet, dehydrating, making tortillas, milking a cow, goat hoof trimming, Santa gourd making, rendering lard, and a craft & canning swap. We had a blast!
