It’s really hard to take a picture of a mirror.
This hand-painted framed mirror was made for me by Patrice from Everyday Ruralty. Patrice is one of our regular Farm Bell Recipes contributors (and chef!) (and farmer!) (and homeschooling mom!). You can see the interview here and enter the draw for one of her beautiful hand-painted framed mirrors. (She’s also an artist! Make it stop! She does it all!)
Here’s a little more detail of the one she made for me.
I just love BP’s face on there. She captured all the animals (Jack! Rhett! Devil Lamb! Nutmeg! Glory Bee! The chickens!), but Beulah Petunia’s face looks especially sweet somehow. For a dinosaur.
This is a photo Patrice sent me of the hand-painted framed mirror she’s going to give away to one of you on her blog:
Go read the interview and enter! (Thanks, Patrice!)

I love that I recognize all the animals on that frame. That’s really special and personalized. I bet it will stay with you for a very long time!!
