Poky doesn’t look too sure about this. But the back dip looks wide enough to hold an egg…

We once chose a cat at a shelter because it was sitting on a pig. I bet the chickens toes feel good on its back, which is why it allows it. Isn’t nature fascinating?

I love how all the animals on your farm get along so well. It’s just like a Disney movie. :snuggle:

That is the funniest thing! Pocahontas really must not mind it (and I love the nickname Poky) or she would have reacted fast and hard to remove the hen! She did that so gently… :happyfeet:

 Pokey’s back must be so nice and toasty warm! She’s a good little girl to let the chickens hang out on her like that. Few more days and I think you’re gonna win Suzanne…Hurray!

This lil donkey is jdarling!! I have wanted on (or2) for years. I would be interested in a blog from you on how to buy/feed/care for a miniture donkey. If one already exists, please point me to it for info. PS. love the corn and bread recipes too. Can’t wait to try them. I love to cook, but work a stressful office job and loose the ‘punch’ when I get home. :[

too cute! I will have to show Little N when he gets off the bus! I will show him how to check the site so that he can see your blog even when I am in pittsburgh. We might not be going to sleep in the same state, but at least we can have the same interesting things to view and email back and forth. Your blog is part of the glue that is going to keep us connected as a family!
I do hope that you get that job for Same’!I will probably have to check that out too. It won’t be so hard to stay in a good mood if I can at least read about warm buttery bread and jam. :snoopy:
