Maybe Baby

Clover has lost all interest in her former flame, Eclipse, and I’m hoping this means she’s pregnant! Nutmeg, on the other hand, remains interested. I think Rhett didn’t quite do it for her. So this time, I put her with Eclipse. If things heat up, I’ll let you know!

Some farm animals are very private about their love lives! My milk cow Willow who is very close to the house where she and her love could be observed regularly had me worried. I had never seen a heat from her or the bull showing any interest.

Vet says she is 7 months with calf. Good news! But, oh how I miss her milk when I turn her dry.

Keeping fingers crossed! But, how will you have time to milk 3 animals?!?!?! 😮

Set the atmosphere for romance; a little soft music, candlelight, maybe some flowers and a great dinner. Worked well for me four kids ago!

Cant wait to see the kids when they arrive! :snoopy:

I stopped at the feed store near you and saw this scrawled on the side wall: “oooOOOooo that Eclipse! He’s so studly!”

What are you going to do with all that milk when Clover and Nutmeg start producing??? Add to that Beulah Petunia’s milk…you’re going to be flooded with milk! AND, babies!
