It’s so good to come home. I missed my hills. And my Giant Puppy.

And my goats.

And my little donkey.

(And even Dookie.)

I missed my sunflowers nodding in the warm breeze.

My garden, overflowing with tomatoes and cucumbers and corn. (Yes, corn! The corn has recovered.)

And, oh my, THE KITTENS.

I missed the kittens.

It’s all so peaceful.

So happy.

So serene…..

…..and safe…..

….and–NO!

Oh, no–

I know you missed me, too, Mean Rooster. I know you aren’t going to–

–FLY OVER THE GATE AT ME!!! I JUST GOT HOME! I FORGOT MY BROOM!!!!!!!!

We missed you but know you had a great time. It’s always good to get home. I really enjoyed you sharing your British tour. We are planning a British Isles cruise in April and you gave some really great pointers and things to look forward to. Thanks for sharing them again.

Welcome home, Suzanne. Isn’t it just lovely to return to a place you love after having a wonderful time being away? And to have so many creatures equally happy to celebrate your return is delightful. I suppose Mean Rooster is just showing you his appreciation in the only way he knows — He figures you missed his meanness!

It was interesting to see and hear abut your trip to England, I think most people go to see the highlights in London, but miss the quieter beauty that’s in the countryside. That being said, I think I;d introduce Mean Rooster to a water pistol/super soaker. He has forgotten his humble start in this world.

Welcome Home Suzanne, I enjoyed your pictures while you where away as I do your farm. I think Mean Rooster was telling you how he cracked the whip, over the hens while you where a way.
What will you do with all those eggs? Do you sell any, or just cook up a storm?

Welcome home I thought of you yesterday because I went to a pet fair. They had a pet rescue just for Giant White puppy’s. They had two of them a boy and a girl. Coco is so lucky.

I’m so glad you’re back, although I thoroughly enjoyed your British photo stories. I felt like I was there again!

Regarding Mean Rooster – I think he really wanted to fly over the fence to hug you because he missed you so much! What good is an attitude if his victim isn’t around??
