Drat. Missed a contest and I still don’t have “Third Sight”. Can you believe that I haven’t been in a real store for about 2 and a half weeks? All I’ve done is pack and pack and pack some more before moving Nov. 1 and now it’s unpack, unpack, etc. :whip: You get the picture. One way or the other I’ve been run ragged for more than 10 weeks. Can’t find anything. Couldn’t even find a working phone jack so no phone or even attempt at setting up computer. Finally got service on Nov. 8. Hope to set up my comp. tomorrow if I can find everything and find a spot to set it all up. One nice thing: my brother gave me a larger monitor. That’ll be a big help for some things. One whole week of e-mails was erased: Oct. 27 to Nov. 2. Was I angry! They’d better not erase any more before I’m able to save what I want of the last 8 days. It’s hard to move when you have no significant other to move heavy boxes around–especially if you’ve got sore back, sore arms and are already a mass of bumps and bruises like me.
Hope to be back more regularly as soon as I get the comp. going.
I love that cover. I always feel that blue eyes can be “electric”. I think it’s one reason why I liked the singer Robert Goulet.
Oh yeah. I thought the guy looked familiar, too. It must have been that repeated ad I kept seeing of “Meet the Fockers” (is that the right name?)
Praying and trying to keep my chin up.
I’ll try to be back for the contest tomorrow. Oh, I found a used copy of “Her Man to Remember” for sale at the Central Library by the Friends of the Library. Didn’t have my own copy of that yet. One of these days I’ll have to try to find some of your others, Suzanne. And I’ll get caught up on all the blog that I missed.:yes:

I read third sight the other day and am working on a post about it. I really loved the book. So much in fact, that I read it twice in one day!
Once things settle down here (it’s been a heck of a week culminating in 3 cases of strep throat and a 5 year old with a broken ankle) I’ll get that post up!
