I already have my calendar turned over to March. The snow here has been delightful but I am over it!! I’m ready for spring! It’s cold this morning but it’s supposed to be in the 50s tomorrow and in the 60s by Thursday! Shorts weather, I’m telling you!! Shorts!!! I’m ready for gardening–flowers and vegetables! And baby bunnies and kittens on the farm! And birds in the trees! We made pinecone and peanut butter bird feeders this weekend and hung them up around the farm. How about you–what did you do this weekend? Spring headed your way?

Congrats Robyn! We love the croissant wraps too. I haven’t made them in a while. Thanks for reminding me. Suzanne, it is 23 degrees this morning here and there is SNOW. 🙂

Congratulations to Robyn. WTG
It’s still quite cold here in southern Ontario, as well and has been for about a week. I tried to pry the recyclables out of the garbage box, but no go. They were frozen solid in there from previous rains.
I pretty much hibernated this weekend and just accompanied a friend of mine who wanted to do some shopping–well, she actually did mostly returns. It was good to get out of the house and just do *something*.
It’ll be a while until we get warmer weather, I suppose. I remember that in 1980 the lowest temperature of the winter was -4 F on my birthday in March.
Brrr.

I was unaware that birds like peanut butter, too. I know mice supposedly do more that cheese. Our mouse traps are all scented with P.B. :talktothehand:

LOL, hanging those peanut butter things in my neck of the woods is a criminal offense now 🙁 The first case of attracting wildlife was prosecuted last year. Makes me nervous to put bird seed out!! But I like live dangerously
