It’s the peak of our fall color right now and the rain, rain, rain, has made a lot of leaves fall. It’s still pretty. (I’m trying to not complain!)

Your mountain view is lovely. The foliage is at peak here in Eastern ME too. Beautiful! I love this time of year, even with all the rain. (At least it’s not snow.)

Here in Oregon we haven’t really started yet. A friend and I were driving today and commenting about the leaves not turning yet. I really enjoy your mountain photos, they so remind me of home (Virginia).

Beautiful photo. The colors are so vibrant and pretty much run the spectrum of colors. Our fall color has come and gone due to snows in the high country. Thanks for sharing.

I hear ya…we’ve had too much rain and leaves are falling…and the color change is just beginning here. I’m going to try to appreciate the leaves that do change while they are still on the trees. I’ll try not to complain either…….. 😕

I really miss those fall colors. Down here in Texas, we have had terrible drought, so when it gets cold, the leaves are just prolly going to turn brown and blow away. 😥

We had rain the night before but not a lot. The leaves are just starting to turn here in W Tennessee. Some are falling mainly from it being so dry for a while. The leaf turning has begun so it wont be long. I think nearly all of my hummers have gone…. 😥

Omg, I remember how frustrated I’d get when the summer/early fall had been rainy. The colors were more muddy than usual, and the views were rare. Unlike drought years when the colors are sooo intense. Thanks for sharing your mountain life until I can get back to mine!
