Cousin Sheryl, taking Weston’s stitches out on Saturday right before the party. It’s nice to have a nurse in the family.
I’m happy to say he’s quite recovered. (Can’t say the same about his car.)

Wow – when he told me he’s JUST gotten his stitches removed, I had no idea that he really meant JUST!

Sad it happened, glad Weston and Morgan are alright. The only good things about it are, no one was seriously injured, and a little fear can be a good thing. Still I know each of those stitches hurt your heart more than Weston. :snuggle:

From what I’ve gathered here on your blog, I think it’s just nice to have Cousin Sheryl in the family. And a bonus that she’s a nurse. 🙂
Glad the kids are OK!

Yes, I imagine she comes in handy.
The last time I had stitches out, I thought I was gonna have to thump the lady doing it….Ouch is nice compared to what I said.

Hey Suzanne!
You know I didn’t notice his stitches when I hitched a ride with him to the top of your driveway. Funny thing is he’s not a very talkative boy to strangers! lol

Thanks Suzanne and everyone for nice comments!
Weston said, “The stitches hurt more coming out than going in.”
I said, “Of course they do, you were numbed with Lidocaine when they put them in!” (Duh!)
He looks pretty good now. I told him he had a matching scar to his cousin, Madison. Only, Madison got his when he was 18 months old, jumping on a bed, fell down and hit the headboard.
Children were made to give us grey hair! :pinkbunny:
