Wow those are fat. My husband bought me a ravioli rolling pin and have never used it. Can’t wait to see how you did this.

My son and I used to make at least 200 at a time and freeze them in bags of 25. Great when you want a quick meal. Just drop them in boiling water and sauce them with what ever meets your fancy. Fresh cream with cheese and basil makes a great dinner. So do chopped fresh tomatoes and herbs.
