I’m reading the Dare Me anthology right now with Cherry Adair, Jill Shalvis, and Julie Elizabeth Leto. What about you?
Speaking of reading, two people have asked me in the past week if I read my own books. Why do people ask me that??? Do they think I don’t know how it ends? Now the book I’m writing….. I don’t know how that ends. (Someone tell me.)
And if you are visiting today from West Lee Middle School, yes, I am Ross’s mother. My eighth grader took my latest book to school because his teacher asked for it and his classmates said, prove she’s your mother! Well, there you go. I AM HIS MOTHER. And if you get hold of my book, don’t read chapter 10. You’re not old enough.
The sound you hear is the :::rush::: of eighth grade children flinging themselves upon chapter 10.
Michelle says:
Ha! Too funny. How many phone calls will you get from psycho parents for corrupting the young minds with chapter ten?

kacey says:
::waving:: hi kids! Yes, she’s really Ross’s mom. And I’m sure he said she was an awesome mom too! Right Ross???

Right now I’m not reading anything. How sad is that! But I’m going to fix that this weekend. I discovered I still have $15.00 on a gift certificate.
And *g* at the mad rush to chapter 10! I wonder who flipped the pages the fastest?

Jill says:
The other day I found my daughter and a gaggle of her friends huddled around my desk, flipping through an advanced reading copy of my book Seeing Red. A book that Has A lot Of Sex … gasp. I tried not to hyperventilate as I kicked them out of my office …
PS Hope you like Dare Me!

Er, since I read your book, haven’t read anything. I’ve been too busy sucking down cold medicine and sleeping. Although I’m thinking I might have to see if I can find Dare Me somewhere in the stack that my daughter has so thoughtfully re-arranged.

I am least like my mother in temperment. She was very easy-going, but I have a bit of a temper.
