OfflineMama Wolf, thanks so much for checking out my blog!! I had posted my site here on Chickens in the Road before I wrote the 5 post segment on Online Dating!! I started getting a little worried that it would offend people if they checked my blog out and read the R-rated stuff!! Usually, I write about life in the south!!
Today, I'm going to have a new post all about one of the greatest teachers in school I ever had and the impact this woman made on me!! I fear that the teachers these days are so underpaid and stressed that they may not be having a positive impact on their students.
Girl, I could talk on and on, but will not talk your ear off today!!
Again, thanks for taking the time to read. I hope you will continue to do so and feel free to comment. I love to read the comments my readers leave!!
Sincerely,
Nanette

OfflineI have started a new blog this year. It is called the Intermittent Farm Report. I have written it for a long time but never "published" it. It is about our everyday life here on Twiggity Farm in West Virginia. We have dairy goats and we raise a large garden. Topics are a bit eclectic. A weekly feature I'm doing is documenting the development and training(?) of our new Pyrenees puppy.

OfflineSitting here digging around .. so many wonderful sites, just keep finding more and more.. so glad I found this one this evening. My daughters all decided their momma needed to blog as I was/am always journaling, poetry, thoughts, etc. So, a couple years ago, I started blogging. With some medical happenings with me in fall of 2010, I was a bit rusty in the blogging department in 2011, but have since been blogging to catch up for 2011 so I can dive into 2012.
You can check me out at http://dee-mylifeinalittleredfarmhouse.blogspot.com
I am looking forward to visiting everyone at their blogs.

OfflineMy Secret Cabin In The Woods Of West Virginia
http://boomerranting.blogspot.com/
Best if read from the begininng, a series of short essays about a man who gave up life in the "civilized world" for simple country living. It features stories about the people he meets and the lessons he learns with his companion, advisor and muse, Dooley The Dog.

OfflineYesterday I posted the first (of what I hope will be daily) posts on my new blog:
http://hocknewberryfarm.webs.com/apps/blog/
Right now there's obviously not a lot there, but I plan to have posts about horse care and training, goat care (birth through breeding, kidding, milking, medical issues, etc.), gardening, cooking, and just farm life in general.
Hope you enjoy – please feel free to send me your comments – I'm always looking for ways to make my site and blog better ![]()

Hi Dee, I found an extra cork screw, it can open a bottle of wine quite easily
—can be done by one person!
… thank you! I just downloaded some more pics so I can catch up in more writings.
