I love this icing on HOMEMADE Angelfood cake…it goes on soft and hardens to like Divinity, on the cake!!!

7 Minute Icing

1 egg white

1 cup sugar

3 Tbsp.'s water

1 TBSP Karo (large, meaning not scant)

1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all in double boiler. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Then beat until fairly stiff. (about 7 minutes LOL)
