Baked Apricots
Ingredients
2 (15 ounce) cans apricot halves, drained
packed brown sugar
buttery round crackers, crumbled
butter, melted
cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In an 8x12 inch baking pan, place apricots cavity side up, sprinkle
with brown sugar, cinnamon, cracker crumbs, and butter. - Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, til bubbly.
We like these especially with ham.

OfflineOh, MY!!! This sounds simply wonderful! Since the canned apricots are drained, should work just fine with frozen, or even fresh.
Sure hope our little apricot tree that we planted last year produces apricots soon. And grows! Sure miss those apricot trees from childhood.
