I am just copying this one, because Suzanne makes Buttermilk Pie..and this one looks a bit different.

                                           Buttermilk Pie

2 TBSP. flour                               2 large eggs

1 and 1/2 c. sugar                       1 cup Buttermilk

1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted      1 tsp. vanilla

Stir flour and sugar in med. bowl until well blended. Whisk in melted butter until thoroughly combined, about 1 minute. Whisk in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake 1 hour at 350, or until filling is golden brown and knife inserted in center is clean.
