I LOVE this icing on Chocolate cake – it's like Buttercream

Decorator Icing

1/2 cup solid Crisco

1/2 cup butter

pinch salt

4 and 1/2 Tablespoons of water

1 tsp. flavoring (I use vanilla – I hate almond extract)

1 pound box Powdered sugar

Beat all that together. I think she creamed that Crisco some first….
