This recipe is very good…and effortless!

French Dip

1 chuck roast

1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

6 peppercorns (or 1 teaspoon pepper)

1/2 cup water

Add all ingredients to crock pot.  Cook on high 3-5 hours…or on low for 6-8 hours, or until roast is done.  Remove roast.  Using fork, pull roast apart into strands.  Pour juice into small bowls or dipping.  Serve roast on French rolls with Swiss or Provolone cheese.

You are killing me! I'm trying to eat healthy tonight and having a big salad, but now I'm craving a french dip sandwich. I could even skip the meat and just go right for the bread dipped in that rich broth.
