1 1/2 c finely ground graham cracker crumbs

1/4 c sugar

5 Tbl butter, melted

Mix cracker crumbs and sugar together well.  Mix in melted butter.  Press into dish.

Also remember — you can use gingersnaps, cinnamon graham crackers, chocolate wafers, oreos instead of graham crackers for a different twist!

OH THANK YOU CINDY! Those are some good variations too! The gingersnaps one sounds interesting! I'm off to the kitchen! Now need to decide if I'll top my cheese pie with Strawberry,Blueberry,or Cherry pie filling!
